Our story began over 30 years ago, when Laxmi Narayan Shukla laid the foundation of this journey with a small shop in Gauri lakkha, Kanpur. With hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to quality, what started as a humble venture has now grown into a thriving enterprise with three state-of-the-art rice mill plants.
Carrying forward this rich legacy, the third generation of the Shukla family, has recently established the company MDLN Limited, in the loving memory of their grandparents under the brand name Vibhog. The name ‘Vibhog’ symbolizes prosperity, purity, and nourishment — values that define our brand and our commitment to excellence

Our Journey – Company Timeline
Started the journey with Aadhat (आढ़त) business in the heart of Kanpur. A foundation rooted in trust and community
Ventured into rice and wheat trading. Opened a retail kirana store, reaching more families and building customer relationships.
Set up the first rice mill under the name Jay Bajrang with a 4-ton capacity at:
Munni Devi Laxmee Narain Edibles Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 18, Gangaganj-3, Panki, Kanpur Nagar, UP – 208020
Launched the second rice mill named Suraj Chawal with a 4-ton capacity, bringing more scale and reach.
Jay Bajrang upgraded to 8-ton capacity, reflecting growing demand and confidence.
Suraj Chawal expanded to a 6-ton plant, showing commitment to quality and efficiency.
Established *Paras Agro*, a modern 12-ton fully automated rice mill, setting new benchmarks in productivity and precision.
A major natural disaster (heavy rains) damaged Paras Agro Industries. Despite losses, the spirit remained unbroken.
Restarted the business with renewed strength under the new name *Paras Agro Growwell*. A testimony to resilience and vision.
On completing 30 years, launched a premium brand Vibhog. Mission: Cut out middlemen and deliver directly to the consumer with trust and quality.
